In this gathering, we’re opening up a space to talk about the physical side of emotional pain; how trauma, anxiety, and stress often speak through the body before we even find the words.
Together, we’ll share, reflect, and learn simple ways to support ourselves when our body is overwhelmed. You’ll leave with more awareness, more tools, and hopefully, a little more softness in your breath.
