Let’s Talk About Ana Min

Early bird: $975 until November 2

Description

Maybe you don't need to understand yourself more.
Maybe you need to experience yourself differently.

You may already know why you react the way you do. You understand some of the patterns you carry, where they started, and how they show up in your relationships.

And yet, something doesn’t change.

You still find yourself responding in ways you promised yourself you wouldn’t. You still carry judgments about yourself or someone else. You still hear the expectations of others more clearly than your own voice.

Maybe you’ve spent so long being the responsible one, the strong one, the understanding one, that you’ve forgotten what it feels like to simply be yourself.

And perhaps the hardest part is realizing that some of what you carry was never really yours to begin with. You learned it through your family, your relationships, your experiences, and the person you needed to become.

You don’t have to reject your past or the people who shaped you. But you can begin questioning what you learned, what you still believe, and what you choose to carry forward.

You’re not broken. You’re ready to heal.

And healing can begin with a different question. Not what is wrong with me? but who am I beneath all of this?

WHAT ANA MIN IS? AND WHO IT IS FOR?

A space to meet yourself beyond what you have learned to be.

Ana Min is a two-and-a-half-day experiential workshop by The Inner Space, grounded in Spiritual Psychology.

It is not a weekend of sitting and listening to someone explain who you are. You will learn, but more importantly, you will practice.

Through reflection, listening, sharing, and structured group exercises, you will begin noticing how your beliefs, perceptions, reactions, and judgments shape the way you experience yourself and others.

At the heart of this work is a simple distinction. There is the life you are living, with everything it asks of you. And there is the part of you experiencing that life.

Spiritual Psychology brings the soul into this understanding, helping you recognize the deeper, loving essence that exists beyond your learned identities.

This may be for you if...

Ana Min is open to both women and men.

You’ve been asking yourself: Who am I after all of this? After everything I’ve lived, everything I’ve carried, and everyone I’ve learned to be, who am I?

You recognize patterns in your relationships or reactions that you no longer want to keep repeating. You may have already done therapy or other inner work, but feel there are places in yourself you haven’t fully reached.

You may be carrying beliefs, expectations, or judgments that have been with you for years. You want to understand what truly belongs to you and what you have learned from others.

Perhaps you are also a parent, and something in you keeps saying:

“I am healing so I don’t pass it to them.”

You are willing to look at yourself with honesty, without turning that honesty into another reason to judge yourself. You are open to participating in a small group, sharing at your own level of readiness, and committing to the full experience.

This may not be for you if you are looking for a quick technique, want someone else to tell you who you are, or are not ready to examine your own beliefs and reactions. It is also not intended for someone experiencing an acute psychological or psychiatric crisis requiring clinical support.

WHAT HAPPENS INSIDE ANA MIN?

Seven stages. One question that stays with you.

Over two and a half days, you move through seven connected stages. Each builds on the one before it, taking you from the identities you have learned to carry toward a deeper recognition of yourself.

You will work with real situations from your own life. You will listen, share, observe, question, and practice new ways of relating to yourself and others.

1

Beyond the Roles

You begin by looking at the roles, identities, and expectations you've learned to carry. You are introduced to the Spiritual Psychology perspective of the deeper, loving essence that exists beyond them.

2

Learning to Listen

You practice being present with another person without rushing to advise, respond, or change what they're feeling. As you learn to listen more deeply to others, you also begin hearing yourself differently.

3

Seeing Clearly

You explore how your family, culture, relationships, and experiences have shaped the way you see the world. You begin recognizing that your interpretation is not always the only way to see a situation.

4

The Choice Is Yours

You begin noticing the difference between reacting automatically and choosing how to respond. You explore personal responsibility, not as blame, but as recognizing where your ability to choose lies.

5

Questioning What You Believe

You look at beliefs you've inherited or developed through your experiences. Some may have been with you for so long that you've stopped questioning them. Here, you begin asking whether they are still true for you.

6

Releasing the Judgment

Through the Spiritual Psychology practice of compassionate self-forgiveness, you work with judgments you've carried toward yourself or others. Forgiveness here is not about denying what happened. It is about beginning to release what you no longer need to carry inside you.

7

Ana Min?

You return to the question that brought you here: Who am I? Beyond what you inherited, what you believed, and who you learned to become, you begin recognizing yourself more clearly. From that recognition, you can begin choosing which cycles continue and which ones end with you.

You won't be doing this alone.

Ana Min is held in a group of no more than 15 participants. The group is intentionally small so you have room to participate, be heard, practice, and process.

You can share at your own level of readiness. The experience is designed as one continuous process, so your presence throughout all seven stages matters.

Dr. Maysar’s meditation work is also part of the workshop experience.

TESTIMONIALS  |  VOICES FROM THE WORKSHOP

Farah Doumani

“If you are reading this, something inside you is already calling. Follow it. Give yourself the chance to go through this self-discovery journey. You may not get everything at once, but if you gain the key and the clarity, you begin to see differently. Thank you, Nour and Dr. Maysar, for a beautiful journey.”

FINAL CALL TO ACTION

Maybe the question has been there for a long time.

Somewhere between everything you’ve been taught, everything you’ve experienced, and everything you’ve become, there is still a part of you asking who you really are.

You don’t need to have all the answers before you begin. You don’t need to have everything figured out.

You only need to be willing to look, to question, and to meet yourself with a little more honesty and compassion.

Ana Min? Who am I?

Maybe it’s time to give that question some space.

If something in these words feels familiar, reach out. We can begin with a conversation.
