Things might be hard right now, but that doesn't mean there's nothing you can do about it.
Burnout is a serious problem in our society. Each year we have more access to technology, new ways of working are developed, and it becomes harder and harder to have a healthy lifestyle.
We are encouraged to work a lot, study a lot, and try to be the most productive possible, all the time, every single day. And some people get caught in that trap.
Social media and remote work make us feel "connected" or in "work mode" all the time, with no opportunities to get away from that and have some rest. Having no quality rest, like sleep and calm, relaxing, and enjoyable activities, keeps us in a chronic stress state. While working, we're stressing about working (but not producing so much because we can't focus that well), and when we were supposed to rest, we're worried about how much more work we need to get done.
If you're going through that, you need to develop a healthy work-rest flow in your routine. You see: when you have proper rest, like quality sleep, and quality leisure, you feel way more focused and energetic to work. When you're able to be productive enough during work time, you feel satisfied and feel like you can relax for a while.
Having that healthy work-rest flow allows you to produce better, and to rest better. You go from chronic stress to having moments of moderate stress, and moments of complete relaxation.
If you tried that, and still couldn't manage everything you had to do, maybe you are "biting more than you can chew" when it comes to your responsibilities. I understand that people have different economic realities, but if you can, consider reorganizing your responsibilities, and maybe having someone to help you, so you can have that healthy work-rest flow.
And of course, if you feel like you're not being able to get out of that burnout/exhaustion situation by yourself, consider looking for professional help.
