I had the experience of attending the first Loyalty to your soul workshop in Beirut and it exceeded my expectations in every way.
The facilitators shared with us the fundamentals of spiritual psychology and guided us through practices such as mindfulness, and group sharing. The schedule was thoughtfully planned.
Also, the supportive community of fellow participants added a layer of connection.
The workshop left me feeling more grounded, connected, loving and loved.
It was truly a gift to the soul!

The workshop was very simple and straight to the point with the "trio structures" being systematically applied 2 to 3 times a day and this reflected the intense organization and perfectionism of both the program itself and the Coaches delivering it too.

Otherwise, truly speaking, the workshop was one of the best workshops that I have taken in my career (out of approximately 150 courses/workshops/etc...)

This workshop takes psychology into a more expanded and enlightened form and practice. I loved the practice of non-judgement and finding the loving essence in ourselves and others. Love is so natural and flowing and is a powerful force that brings compassion to ourselves and people around us. The practice of self-forgiveness was healing.
